There are two unit sizes for hire with professional woodwork machines, through straight forward booking options, with rates from £75 a day.

Safety Gear : We supply ear and eye protection on request, with disposable dusk masks to purchase if required

Hire Costs for Two Unit Sizes, Two Pricing Options -

Woodwork Space 2 (Unit 4) – 7.5m x 6.1m (500 sq ft)

• £80 hire charge + £5 damage waiver = £85 per day (No VAT charged)

Weekend bookings are available, once a proven track record has been established.

Woodwork Space 1 (Unit 39) – 7.5m x 4.5m (350 sq ft)

• £70 hire charge + £5 damage waiver = £75 per day (No VAT charged)

1. Booking

• Bookings are available by the day, week, or month, 7 days a week.

• Please look at the Availability Calendar to confirm availability.

• Then request confirmation of your dates by emailing bookings@hirewoodworkspace.co.uk or calling 07970 859455.
  

2. Deposits, Payments & Damage Waiver

• Securing the booking: The £200 refundable deposit is a sum paid to secure the booking and also held in case of damage, wilful excessive wear and tear, or other contract breaches during the hire. The deposit is refunded in full to the client when the unit is handed back in good condition.

• The hire charge is calculated by multiplying the daily rate by the number of days booked.

• A £5 daily Damage Waiver is included in the hire charge and applied to all invoices.

• Full payment must be received and cleared in advance before you have access to the unit.
  

3. Health & Safety Requirements

• New clients will be asked to complete a Risk Assessment Form, to make them aware of the risks and to confirm their competence and ability in using the machines and equipment, this is part of the handover process of the unit to their control.

• You must agree to operate within health and safety guidelines and use appropriate protective gear, including dust masks, goggles, ear defenders (can be supplied ) and work shoes/boots when using the workshop machines.
  

4. Insurance

• We strongly recommend obtaining Public Liability Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance for your protection.
  

5. Hire Agreement & Liability Waiver

• Once the Hire Agreement and Liability Waiver is signed, you’ll be provided with keys to the Woodwork Space and Business Centre, giving you full access to work at your own pace and create freely.
